Actify stores account profile, facility configuration, workflow records, and operational documentation entered by your team to provide platform functionality.

ACTIFY stores account, facility, and usage data to power scheduling, notes, reporting, and support. We use PHI only for permitted platform workflows and operations requested by your team.

Access is controlled by role-based permissions and activity is tracked with Audit Trail. We continuously monitor for misuse and preserve change history for accountability.

We do not sell customer data. Data may be shared with authorized service providers required to operate and secure the platform, subject to contractual controls.

Actify may use essential session and analytics tooling for security, reliability, and product performance improvements.

Records and exports are retained based on facility settings. Your team defines Retention windows for audit logs and report files.

Actify integrates with infrastructure providers for authentication, hosting, and operational analytics. Providers are vetted for security and reliability requirements.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or operational changes. Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
